About Chinmayee

"I have been teaching yoga, meditation & mindfulness for the past 11 years, conducting group classes &  workshops in India and Germany. It is my vision to simplify the practice of yoga, so it is accessible to all! 

After I moved to Germany in 2017, I saw an opportunity to create a unique style bringing the east and the west together. I created Bhavana yoga to embody the authenticity of the ancient science of yoga and make it accessible for modern yogis.
 
It is my passion to teach all elements of yoga and holistic practice for our body, mind, and soul. I have developed a style that works very well for our modern lifestyle combining the principles of Kriya Yoga, Ayurveda, and Zen Buddhism."
